Introduction
All the high quality LED products should have very professional quality control system.The whole process of the quality control system includes IQC(incoming quality control),IPQC(input process quality control),FQC(final quality control).To produce the best quality LED products, Livision led lighting Inc.pay much attention to the quality control.All the workers of quality control department are well trained and very specialized in quality checking.
To make every step of our quality control system clear to customers,the following statement are in details:
1) IQC includes 3 parts.
a) Raw material checking in warehouse.This part is usually done by our warehouse keeper.He must make sure all the raw material specifications including,the brand name,the model number and the qualtity are as same as it in the document.
b) Raw material quality checking.This part is done by another professional group of quality checking team because this is the key step to keep all the raw materials are of high quality.For this part,the quality checking workers must to verify the optics and the chemistry characters of the raw material to make sure they are up to the standard.
c) Trial examation.This part is the following step after the above 2 steps.After the raw material quality checking,the quality control department will use some up-to-standard raw material for trail production and then re-check it to make sure all the raw material are 100% of high quality.
The management of the disqualification raw material:a)Mark with "disqualification" brandb)return the "disqualification" raw material to the supplier
2) IPQC means the checking from raw material putting into production to the packing of the finish products.
For this step,the quality control department must check the whole production in 100% rate first.Every worker has its task to check and will be responsible for the checking result.There is a special team who mainly specialized on the stat.And sort out the disqualification products according to the standard level.
Another part of this step is the professional inspection engineers who will test the products'optics,working environment,operation and mechanical and thermal management. To make sure the products are all-around inspected before exwork.
3) FQC means the final quality control step.
This step ofen is done before the final packing and shipping.Overall,we have very strict quality control system to make sure our products are of the best quality.Though it will highly increase our csot,we will insist in doing every quality checking step.
